Blocks and crankshafts are 100% magnaflux tested to avoid cracked components. Aluminum cylinder heads are dyed to check for cracks. Crankshaft is checked for size and micro-polished to OEM specifications. If necessary, it is re-ground re-nitrated and micro-polished to OEM specifications. Connecting rods have new bushings installed and both large and small end are re machined to OEM specifications. All heads get new valves and are vacuum tested to ensure the quality of the valve job. All heads are pressure tested. Core plugs are 100% stainless steel to avoid corrosion. NPD replaces 100% internal wear items including rings, bearings, bushings, gaskets and seals.

The 6.6L Duramax, running complete engine includes the block, heads, front cover, oil pump & pan, oil filter, oil cooler, damper, water pump, valve covers, Glow plugs, flywheel housing, thermostat, thermostat housing, water outlet, intake manifold, common rail system with injectors, injector drive module, turbo & exhaust manifolds, fuel filter, plus the following sensors: cam position sensor, crank position sensor, fuel temperature sensor, water temperature sensor, fuel pressure sensor, boost pressure sensor, oil level sensor, (and oil pressure sensor where applicable).
UPDATES:
1. Injectors are upgraded to the latest style available from GM/Isuzu.
2. Installing all new head bolts on complete and running complete engines.
3. Installing NEW oil cooler on complete and running complete engines.
4. Incorporating all available GM/Isuzu factory upgrades to our remanufactured engines, including head gaskets, torque specs, etc.
